SECTION 01 / TERMINAL ACTION
Request a Site Assessment.
A direct intake for procurement and engineering leaders evaluating power infrastructure at the $250K–$25M band — backup generation, prime power, or hybrid microgrids from 250 kW to 25 MW. One form. Four fields that matter. A written response inside one business hour.
Every PowerCore-Series genset shipped since 2019 is backed by a contractual 99.97% uptime guarantee with financial penalties per hour of deviation. No competitor in our tier will put that in writing. Read the guarantee terms.
SECTION 02 / DIRECT CHANNELS
Talk to a human before the form.
Four verified channels — phone, email, the Houston HQ, and the 24/7/365 emergency dispatch desk. No chatbots, no SDR queues, no ticket deflection. The person who picks up owns your project.

SECTION 03 / POST-SUBMIT TIMELINE
What happens after you submit.
Four stages. Four time windows. Every one in writing. The form is not a black box — it is the entry gate to a procurement process built for buying cycles, not marketing funnels.

01
< 1 business hour
Confirmation + NDA handoff
A solutions engineer replies directly — not a ticketing system. Standard NDA template attached; countersigned within the same window if flagged.
-
02
≤ 48 hours
Engineering kickoff
Senior PE-licensed engineer assigned. Load profile reviewed against site constraints. Preliminary unit count and footprint locked.
-
03
≤ 10 business days
Virtual or on-site walk
Live walkthrough of the proposed configuration — encrypted video feed to the client for units ≥ 1 MW during factory acceptance testing, or a 9-depot regional engineer on-site.
-
04
Day 14–21
Written proposal + fixed price
Bound proposal with line-item scope, UL 2200 / EPA Tier 4 Final / ISO 8528-5 compliance pack, and the 7-Year Uptime Guarantee terms. Financing term sheet if requested.
Engagement standard: every step is documented, every deliverable is countersigned, every decision is traceable to a PE-licensed engineer. No opaque scoping, no scope-creep billing.
SECTION 04 / FIELD SERVICE & DISPATCH
Service that arrives before the problem compounds.
Nine regional service depots sit between the 180,000 sq ft Pasadena assembly facility and any active jobsite on the Gulf Coast. The dispatch desk operates 24/7/365 — a human answers, never a tree — and the average response time on emergency tickets is 4 hours 12 minutes, measured end-to-end from inbound call to wrench-on-site.
Field engineers carry calibrated diagnostics for the full PowerCore product line and the proprietary hybrid controller family. The trailing 24-month first-time-fix rate is 96.4% — verified against service-ticket close codes, not self-reported. When a unit cannot be restored on-site, a replacement is dispatched from the rental-to-purchase fleet of 240+ rotating units within 18 hours on the Gulf Coast corridor, longer on inland routes.
For multi-unit deployments the dispatch desk runs a named-account protocol: a single engineer owns the site for the duration of the contract, carries escalation authority on the 7-Year Uptime Guarantee, and is reachable on a direct line — not a queue.
The Association of Energy Engineers named WesCorp Contractor of the Year in 2023 on the strength of that service record. Power Engineering magazine ranked the company a Top 10 Power Systems Provider — North America in both 2022 and 2024.
